Check-in anytime after 3pm

Self check-in with keypad (code provided upon arrival)

Check-out 10am

Place all garbage in bins inside shed beside the garage. Keeps the criters away.

-No smoking, parties or events

-Guest count cannot exceed 6

-Indoor and outdoor furniture cannot be moved

-No loud music

-Children must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety

-When outdoors, please use plastic glasses/plates provided

-Respect neighbours and reduce noise

-Ample parking on premises

-Respect the local fire ratings that are posted around the lake *IF FIRE DEPT IS CALLED YOU WILL BE CHARGED*

- Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay

-If using off-road vehicles for the local trails, please respect the local laws for off-roading
