Reservations are booked by sending a 50% deposit via e-transfer to rilgetaway@gmail.com
Remaining 50% payment is due 48 hours prior to check-in.
We cannot hold or book a reservation until deposit is received. No other method of payment is accepted at this time.
You will receive a booking confirmation via email within 24 hours of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is non-refundable if your reservation is cancelled within 14 days of check-in for stays of 6 nights or longer, and within 7 days of check-in for stays of 5 nights or less. If you wish to cancel within the cancellation period, your deposit will be refunded to you via e-transfer within 24 hours of receiving your cancellation request.
